I asked if they would be willing to, instead, just send me a replacement bracelet for the one that was broken, and they ARE willing to do that for me. I AM VERY happy AND satisfied, now, especially knowing that my money was spent with a company that DOES value it's customers, AND their opinions/feelings about their products. I will, now, HAPPILY, purchase from them, again, in the future because I KNOW, now, that IF something WERE to go wrong, by some strange chance, that THIS COMPANY DOES TAKE CARE OF IT'S CUSTOMERS! I do not do anything that would even be CONSIDERED out of the ordinary, as far as movements that would cause fraying/breakage, etc.... However, my bracelet broke within 2 months of having and wearing, it. Very disappointing. Of course, it breaks AFTER the 30 days you can exchange or return, but NOT MUCH after. So, I am NOT HAPPY with this purchase. If I could've found a way to contact the seller, and ask if they would be willing to possibly replace JUST MY bracelet, and they said yes, my review WOULD be FAR different, but as it currently stands, I AM OUT OF MY MONEY *AND* MY BRACELET, both, in a short space of time. I will add pictures of broken bracelet, and you will also see that even the side that is still connected; even IT looks a little weak. ?
